Subscription Basics

• Adding billing details is mandatory before submitting your driver application, as part of our safety and verification process.
• Without an active subscription, drivers cannot message customers, communication only becomes available once your membership is active.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you pause or cancel it.

Managing Your Membership
