As per the Driver Agreement, each driver added to any transport team must go through our background screening process. The driver that registered the original account is responsible for submitting the required information of all other drivers he or she hires. If you have decided to add a team member or an additional driver under your account, you are required to report this to our team so we can process his or her background verification. This is mandatory, and it’s done to preserve the safety and security of all the parties using our website.

If these new drivers are already handling shipments, a fee of $5.99 per driver is due to cover the cost of expedited screening procedures.

Please send an email to [email protected] with your additional drivers' full name, phone number, and their best email address. We will send the prospective driver a link to complete this process as well as request a confirmation to cover the costs to you as the primary account holder.
